For orientation we use the house reef spot Lavafinger. You float along the edge of the reef and at the end of the lava finger drop into the depths above the “eye”. From the eye, it is best to dive with a compass, half right over the garden eel field. Very exciting, as you can’t see the trigger rock straight away and often spot rays in the sand. Always look carefully into the “blue”, as hunters like jack fish are often on the move here. A dive site for experienced divers only, as you regularly must consider air consumption and orientation. Also ideal for “Deep Specialty”.
